Criteria :

- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, data tools, and pharma-specific software, strategic planning expertise.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience as a Product Manager.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Business.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Develop and execute product strategies, including lifecycle management, launch plans, and marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure timely product development, compliance, and commercialization.
- Monitor product performance through metrics, sales analysis, and feedback, recommending improvements for profitability and market share.
