Criteria :
- Strong patient-handling skills, attention to detail and knowledge of safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills for records Keeping.
- 2-wheeler with a valid license is mandatory.
Qualification :
- Diploma or certification in Phlebotomy, MLT, DMLT, or related field.
Responsibilities :
- Perform venipuncture, finger pricks, and safe blood sample collection from patients at clinics, home visits, or community health camps.
- Verify patient identity, explain procedures, label specimens accurately, and prepare samples for lab testing while maintaining hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies, dispose of biomedical waste properly, and document all collections in company records.
- Assist in health awareness events, educate customers on sample prep.
- Collaborate with laboratory team for wellness check-ups (adhere to pharma regulations and infection control protocols).
