Criteria :
- Strong communication, research skills.
- 2 years experience in pharma/marketing; knowledge of wellness products preferred. (Exposure of HQ will be an added advantage)
- 2 Wheeler Compulsory (Should have a valid Driving License)
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media tools, and basic analytics software.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research on nutraceutical trends, competitors, and customer needs in assigned regions.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, social media contents and promotional materials.
- Support sales team with lead generation, customer follow-ups and event coordination for product launches.
- Track market performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management.
- Manage online postings for job openings and company updates; handle basic inventory coordination for marketing samples.
- Collaborate with teams on branding, digital marketing, and compliance with pharma regulations.
