Criteria :

  • 2 years experience in support roles (pharma/healthcare background will have an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, empathy, multitasking.
  • Must have proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or customer service diploma preferred.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media about nutraceuticals, usage, billing, and deliveries.
  • Troubleshoot problems step-by-step, escalating complex issues to sales, tech, or management teams.
  • Provide accurate info on wellness products, health tips, and follow up for satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems, generate reports, and contribute feedback to improve services.
  • Support health campaigns by handling queries during events (ensure compliance with pharma standards).
