Criteria :
- At least 7 Years experience as MSR & 3 Years experience as Area Business Manager (Experience not more than 4 companies)
- Age above 30 Yrs.
- 2 Wheeler Compulsory (Should have Driving License)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities for B2B sales.
- Exposure of HQ will be an added advantage
Qualification :
- Batchellor in Pharmacy
- Batchellor in Science (Medical/ Non Medical)
- Batchellor in Business Administration
- Diploma in Pharmacy
Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets by promoting nutraceuticals, supplements, vitamins, and wellness products to retailers, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and execute territory business plans, including market analysis, customer mapping, and promotional strategies to boost market penetration.
- Build strong relationships with stockists, pharmacies, and doctors while monitoring competitor activities and reporting market insights.
